Olectra Greentech Ltd has announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
For Q4 FY25, the company reported a total income of ₹44,217.41 lakh, compared to ₹50,857.17 lakh in Q3 FY25 and ₹28,274.13 lakh in Q4 FY24. Despite the sequential drop, the full-year performance showed improvement, with total standalone income rising to ₹1,77,491.75 lakh for FY25, up from ₹1,12,619.44 lakh in FY24.
The net profit after tax for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹2,431.85 lakh, lower than ₹4,630.57 lakh in Q3 FY25, but a substantial increase compared to ₹1,167.82 lakh in the same quarter last year. For the full year, standalone PAT grew impressively to ₹13,956.48 lakh from ₹7,364.28 lakh in FY24.
On a consolidated basis, the total income for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹45,344.41 lakh, while FY25 income surged to ₹1,81,421.38 lakh as against ₹1,16,573.92 lakh in FY24. Consolidated net profit after tax for FY25 came in at ₹13,921.00 lakh, up from ₹7,865.42 lakh the previous year, reflecting strong operational performance.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.40 per equity share (10% on the face value of ₹4 per share), subject to shareholder approval. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
On May 26, 2025, Olectra share price opened at ₹1,298.60 and closed at ₹1,348.10, up by 4.23%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹1,350.00.
