In December 2024, NCC Limited received an order worth ₹349.70 crore (excluding GST) for its Building Division. The 32-month project was awarded by a private company and does not involve related party transactions, the company said in a press release on the stock exchanges.

Order Details

NCC Limited has successfully secured an order worth ₹349.70 crore (excluding GST) in the month of December 2024. This order pertains to the Building Division and has been awarded by a private company. The job duration for this project is 32 months.

Notably, the promoters, promoter group, and group companies of NCC Limited have no interest in the entity that awarded the contract. Furthermore, this order was received in the normal course of business and does not qualify as a Related Party Transaction.

Q2 FY25 Financial Highlights

In Q2FY25, NCC reported a significant increase in net profit, which more than doubled to ₹163 crore from ₹77.34 crore in Q2FY24. This growth was driven by higher order inflows, particularly in the building and transportation sectors.

Additionally, revenue from operations rose by 10.1%, reaching ₹5,196 crore compared to ₹4,715 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Despite a rise in total expenses, which increased by 7.6% to ₹4,974 crore, the cost of materials consumed, a major component of the expenses, declined by 1.2%.

Share Price Performance

On January 01, 2025, NCC Ltd’s share price traded 1.33% higher at ₹277.55 at 12:25 PM on the BSE. The stock opened at ₹275.80 higher than ₹273.90 at its previous close.
