NBCC (India) Ltd announced the financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter & financial year ended March 31, 2025.
NBCC (India) Ltd reported its financial performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹4,642.55 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a 16.17% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to ₹3,996.31 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Standalone revenue grew to ₹3,217.53 crore, up 6.95% YoY. The company’s EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) rose to ₹241.24 crore at the standalone level, registering a 19.39% growth YoY. Profit before tax (PBT) increased by 30.16% to ₹186.23 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) rose by 34.12% YoY to ₹137.19 crore.
On a consolidated basis, PAT improved to ₹182.67 crore from ₹141.5 crore in Q4 FY24.
For the full financial year FY25, NBCC achieved notable gains in revenue and profitability. Consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹12,038.57 crore, up 15.68% from ₹10,406.79 crore in FY24.
On the PBT front, the company recorded ₹755.02 crore for FY25 compared to ₹558.54 crore last year, reflecting a 35.18% increase. Consolidated PAT stood at ₹557.42 crore, up by 34.52%.
On the standalone side, revenue grew to ₹8,725.36 crore from ₹8,026.73 crore in FY24. Standalone PAT rose 38.26% to ₹476.11 crore from ₹344.36 crore last year.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.14 per equity share (14% of the face value of ₹1 each) for FY25. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
On May 30, 2025, NBCC share price opened at ₹117.80, up from its previous close of ₹116.20. At 11:22 AM, the share price of NBCC was trading at ₹115.70, down by 0.43% on the NSE.
