Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd has been gaining attention after the company announced its financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025.
For Q4 FY25, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹3,17,441 lakh, slightly higher than the ₹3,14,362 lakh reported in the December 2024 quarter. Total income for Q4 stood at ₹3,48,392 lakh, as compared to ₹3,43,006 lakh in the previous quarter.
On a full-year basis, Mazagon Dock’s revenue from operations rose to ₹11,43,188 lakh in FY25, up from ₹9,46,658 lakh in FY24. The total income for FY25 was ₹12,55,311 lakh, marking a substantial increase from ₹10,56,805 lakh in the previous year.
The company also reported a profit of ₹2,41,351 lakh for FY25, up from ₹1,93,697 lakh in FY24, reflecting a YoY growth of over 24%.
However, for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd reported a profit of ₹32,529 lakh, reflecting a sequential decline compared to the ₹80,704 lakh recorded in the December 2024 quarter. On a year-on-year (YoY) basis, the profit also declined from ₹66,297 lakh in the March 2024 quarter.
Mazagon Dock has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.71 per equity share of face value ₹5 each for FY25. If approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days of declaration. The company stated that the date of the AGM will be announced in due course.
On May 29, 2025, Mazagon Dock share price (NSE: MAZDOCK) opened at ₹3,695.00 and closed at ₹3,773.00, up by 2.98%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹3,775.00. Notably, the stock price hit its 52-week high on May 29 at ₹3,775.00.
