Workmates Core2Cloud Solutions made an impressive debut on November 18, listing at ₹387.60 per share on the BSE SME platform, a 90% premium over its IPO price of ₹204. With this, the company’s market value crossed ₹500 crore during the opening trade.
IPO Subscription Details
The company’s ₹69.84-crore IPO received excellent investor interest. The issue, open from November 11 to 13, was subscribed to over 141 times.
- Fresh issue: 29 lakh shares (₹59.34 crore)
- Offer for Sale (OFS): 5 lakh shares (₹10.50 crore)
- Price band: ₹200–₹204 per share
Retail investors could apply for a minimum of 600 shares, requiring a bid of ₹1,22,400 at the upper price band. Allotments were finalised on Friday.
