Vardhman Textiles share price (NSE: VTL) climbed over 11% to an intraday high of ₹454.25 on the NSE after the company reported robust operating performance in Q2FY26. At 1:50 PM, the stock was trading at ₹440.65, up 8% from the previous close of ₹408.25. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹12,793.97 crore. Its 52-week high is ₹563.95, and the 52-week low is ₹361.10.

Vardhman Textiles Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights

Net Profit: Vardhman Textiles reported a 5% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹187.74 crore, compared to ₹197.29 crore in Q2FY25.
Revenue: The company’s total revenue slightly dropped by 1% to ₹2,480 crore from ₹2,505.5 crore a year ago.
EBITDA & Margins: EBITDA rose 6% to ₹334 crore, and margins expanded by 90 basis points to 13.5% from 12.66% YoY.

Segment-wise Performance

Textiles: Revenue fell 2% to ₹2,417 crore from ₹2,454 crore.
Acrylic Fabrics: Revenue grew 27% to ₹89.4 crore from ₹70.6 crore.
Exports: Exports contributed 43% of total sales in FY25.
