Lupin Ltd

Pharmaceutical company Lupin unveiled plans to establish a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Coral Springs, Florida, aimed at enhancing U.S.-based production of critical respiratory medicines. The strategic expansion aims to boost medicine security and support the health of Florida families and the broader U.S. population.

GR Infraprojects Ltd

GR Infraprojects announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the State Highways Authority of Jharkhand for the construction of the Giridih Bypass (towards Tundi) road. The project spans 26.672 km and has been awarded on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, with a contract value of ₹290.23 crore. The completion period is set at 24 months from the appointed date.

IRB InvIT Fund

IRB InvIT Fund has launched a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to raise ₹3,000 crore, with an additional upsize option of ₹250 crore, taking the total potential fundraise to ₹3,250 crore if fully exercised. The indicative offer price is set at ₹60 per unit, reflecting a 2.8% discount to the last closing price.
