Sri Lotus Developers IPO opened for subscription on July 30, 2025, and closed on August 1, 2025.
It was a book-building issue of ₹792.00 crores. The issue was entirely a fresh issue of 5.28 crore shares. The Sri Lotus Developers IPO price band was set at ₹150 per share.
Sri Lotus Developers' IPO witnessed an overall subscription of 74.10 times by August 1, 2025 (Day 3). The retail portion was subscribed 21.77 times, the QIB category 175.61 times, and the NII segment 61.82 times.
The share allotment was finalised on Monday, August 4, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
On the listing day, on the NSE, Sri Lotus Developers share price (NSE: LOTUSDEV) opened at ₹178.00, up from its issue price of ₹150.00. At 10:39 AM, the share price was trading at ₹186.70, up by 24.13% from its issue price and up by 4.89% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹187.00. The company’s market cap was ₹9,109.32 crore.
On the BSE, at 10:37 AM, Sri Lotus Developers share price was trading at ₹184.90, up by 3.24% from its opening price of ₹179.10 and 23.27% up from its issue price of ₹150.00.
Founded in February 2015, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited is a Mumbai-based real estate company focused on redeveloping ultra-luxury and luxury residential and commercial projects in the western suburbs.
As of June 30, 2025, the company has a total developable area of 0.93 million sq. ft. across both residential and commercial segments.

Sri Lotus Developers made their market debut, listing at a premium and witnessing investor interest across all categories.
