Sigachi Industries, a Hyderabad-based pharma company, saw its shares rise nearly 37% in just 2 trading sessions. The stock jumped 20% on Thursday and another 14% on Friday, reaching a high of ₹43.22.

The sharp rally is linked to speculation around positive India-US trade deal talks.

Sigachi Industries Dividend Announcement

The company has also fixed September 16, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. It declared a 10% dividend, translating to ₹0.10 per share, with a total payout of about ₹3.82 crore already accounted for.

Sigachi Industries Q1 FY26 Results

Despite the rally, Sigachi’s Q1 performance showed a dip in profitability. The company’s net profit fell 11% YoY to ₹13.26 crore from ₹15.03 crore, mainly due to higher expenses. However, revenue rose 23% to ₹128.2 crore compared to ₹104.1 crore last year.

Sigachi Industries Share Price Performance

Even with the recent gains, Sigachi share price (NSE: SIGACHI) still down over 32% in the last year and has fallen 26% in the last 3 months. The rally in September offers some relief after steep monthly losses in June, July, and August.
