Conversion Of Warrants Into Equity Shares
The Board of Directors approved the conversion of 49.35 lakh warrants into an equal number of equity shares of face value ₹2 each. This conversion was completed pursuant to the rights attached to the warrants, which were earlier issued through a preferential allotment.
Impact On Share Capital
Following this conversion, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased to ₹46.97 crore. This now comprises 23,48,57,500 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹2 each. The newly issued shares will rank equally with the existing equity shares of the company.
Details Of The Allotment
The equity shares were issued at a price of ₹5.50 each. Out of this, ₹1.375 per share (25% of the consideration) had already been received earlier, while the balance ₹4.125 per share (75% of the consideration) was received upon conversion. The allotment was made to four investors, namely Neelam Dharmesh Patel, Smita Patel, Patel Mitesh and Falgun Anilkumar Yagnik.

This development resulted in Sellwin share price hitting the upper circuit of 2% on September 15, 2025. The stock has jumped by 219% in the last 3 months.
