RITES Final Dividend for FY25 Record Date is Tomorrow, Sep 17

RITES Limited (NSE: RITES) has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.65 per share (26.50%) on 48,06,03,774 equity shares of face value ₹10 each for the financial year 2024-25.
Record Date and AGM Details
The company has fixed Wednesday, September 17, 2025, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend payout. The final approval will be sought at the 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
Once approved by shareholders at the AGM, the dividend will be credited or dispatched within 30 days of declaration, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. The payout will be subject to deduction of applicable tax at source, as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and the rules framed thereunder.
Dividend History
Over the past year, RITES has maintained a consistent dividend track record. In FY 2024-25, the company already declared interim dividends of ₹1.75 (Nov 2024), ₹1.90 (Jan 2025), and ₹1.30 (Aug 2025). In FY 2023-24, shareholders benefited from a ₹5.00 final dividend and a 1:1 bonus issue in September 2024.
