Pricol shares jumped more than 6% in early trade on Wednesday, touching a new 52-week high of ₹670. The rise came with strong buying interest as around 19 lakh shares were traded, much higher than the weekly average of 11 lakh.

Pricol is a leading auto component maker in India. It manufactures Instrument Clusters and fluid management systems, supplying them to major two-wheeler, passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, and off-highway equipment makers, including Bajaj Auto, TVS, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, JCB, and many more.

The company holds a 40%+ share in two-wheeler clusters and over 80% share in commercial vehicle and off-highway clusters.

The stock opened at ₹644 and touched a high of ₹670.60 during the session, which is also its new 52-week high. With a market capitalisation of ₹8,070 crore, Pricol currently trades at a P/E ratio of 42.42 and offers a dividend yield of 0.30%. The company’s latest quarterly dividend payout stands at ₹0.50 per share.
