Patanjali Foods shares are trading ex-bonus on Sep 11, 2025, which has been fixed as the record date for its 2:1 bonus. This means that every eligible shareholder will be receiving 2 free shares for every share held.
Patanjali Foods Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board considered and recommended for issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. 2 (Two) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) to the eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company as on record date, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company, by capitalization of capital redemption reserve and / or securities premium and / or general reserve.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Thursday, September 11, 2025, as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the bonus equity shares.

In Q1FY26, the company posted a strong total income of ₹8,912.69 crore, representing a 23.75% year-on-year increase from ₹7,202.36 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Gross profit came in at ₹1,259.19 crore, with a margin of 14.13%, reflecting a YoY growth of 23.81%. The quarter also witnessed an uptick in other expenses, primarily driven by increased advertising and promotional (A&P) efforts, which totaled ₹64.47 crore—accounting for 0.72% of revenue from operations.
Export revenue for the quarter stood at ₹39.34 crore, with the company maintaining its footprint across 27 countries. Within the Home and Personal Care (HPC) segment, exports were made to 9 countries, while the Food and Other FMCG categories continued to see international demand, reaching 16 countries.
