NSDL Board to Consider Q1 FY26 Results on August 12; Share Price Surges 19%

National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) has scheduled a board meeting on Tuesday, 12 August 2025, to review and approve its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025.
The meeting will also cover the Limited Review Report for the period, giving investors their first look at NSDL’s operational performance since its recent IPO. A notice regarding the upcoming board meeting was published on the company's website on August 1, 2025.
Strong IPO Debut Earlier this Month
NSDL’s market debut earlier this month was met with significant interest. On 6 August, the company’s shares were listed at ₹880, a 10% premium to the issue price of ₹800. With IPO enthusiasm still fresh, the upcoming Q1 results will be watched closely to see the company’s financials.
NSDL is now the second depository services provider in India to go public, following CDSL's lead. This strengthens India's capital market and gives investors a new option in the depository services sector.
