LIC Housing Finance Ltd has set Aug 22, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. On May 15, 2025, LIC Housing Finance board declared a final dividend of ₹10 per share. 

LIC Housing Finance Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors recommended final dividend of INR 10/ of face value of INR 2/- (Rupee Two only) each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025, for the approval of members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. 

The Board of Directors, in its meeting dated 1 August 2025, has fixed Friday, August 22, 2025, as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of members for payment of final dividend for F.Y. 2024- 25.

What Does LIC Housing Finance Dividend Record Date Mean for Shareholders?

As LIC Housing Finance has set Aug 22 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that Aug 21, marks the last day to buy LIC Housing Finance shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after Aug 22 (record date), won't be eligible for the final dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.

LIC Housing Finance Q1FY26 Performance Highlights 

In Q1 FY2026, the company reported total disbursements of ₹13,116 crore, marking a modest 2% increase over ₹12,915 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY2025. Within this, disbursements in the Individual Home Loan segment rose by 3% to ₹11,247 crore, up from ₹10,932 crore in Q1 FY2025. However, project loan disbursements declined significantly to ₹156 crore, compared to ₹521 crore in the same period last year. Operational revenue for the quarter grew by 7%, reaching ₹7,233.13 crore against ₹6,783.67 crore in Q1 FY2025. The company’s Net Interest Income (NII) rose to ₹2,065.78 crore from ₹1,989.08 crore a year earlier, while the Net Interest Margin (NIM) slightly declined to 2.68% from 2.76%. Profit Before Tax stood at ₹1,699.16 crore, reflecting a 4% increase over ₹1,628.43 crore in the previous year’s first quarter.
