The company recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per share with a face value of ₹2 each, subject to approval at its 52nd AGM. September 12 has been fixed as the record date.

  • Cochin Shipyard Ltd

The board proposed a final dividend of ₹2.25 per share (face value ₹5) for approval at the 53rd AGM.

  • Kajaria Ceramics Ltd

At its board meeting on May 6, the company declared a final dividend of ₹4 per share (face value Re 1). The dividend, subject to AGM approval, will be paid on or before October 28, 2025.

  • HeidelbergCement India Ltd

The company recommended a dividend of ₹7 per share (face value ₹10). If approved at the AGM, it will be credited within 30 days of approval.

Apart from these, Techno Electric & Engineering (₹9 per share), Caplin Point Laboratories (₹3 per share), RHI Magnesita India (₹2.50 per share), and Mrs Bectors Food Specialities (₹3 per share) will also turn ex-dividend on the same day.
