Reliance Group’s Jio Financial Services has scheduled a board meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2025, to approve its Q2 FY26 financial results. The company made the announcement in an official exchange filing on October 9.

In the previous quarter ended June 2025, Jio Financial reported a 4% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹325 crore, compared with ₹313 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company’s total income rose significantly to ₹619 crore from ₹418 crore in Q1 FY25. Interest income nearly doubled, reaching ₹363 crore versus ₹162 crore a year ago.
