Indosolar share price hit the upper circuit limit on Thursday after rising nearly 5% to ₹712.65. This was driven by rising investor enthsiasm about Indosolar Q2 FY26 earnings resuls, which will be approved on October 10, 2025. The company is backed by Waaree Energies and is engaged in producing solar modules.

Indosolar has shown remarkable growth in recent months. Since June 19, the stock has gained over 300%, reflecting growing investor interest. This sharp increase highlights optimism about the company’s future prospects and the strength of the solar energy sector in India.

Financial Turnaround of Indosolar

The company has also made a financial turnaround. For the fiscal year 2025, Indosolar posted a net profit of ₹55 crore, compared with a loss of ₹15.44 crore in FY24. This shift from losses to profits demonstrates a significant improvement in the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Indosolar is listed under the ‘T’ Group of securities, which comes with certain trading restrictions. These include:

  • Intraday trading restrictions
  • Upper circuit limits applied for the first 10 trading sessions
