Highway Infrastructure Ltd reported steady growth in its consolidated financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
The company posted total income of ₹1,124.75 million, compared to ₹1,356.25 million in the March 2025 quarter and ₹1,074.44 million in the same quarter last year. Consolidated profit for the quarter stood at ₹71.95 million, reflecting a sequential decline from ₹119.64 million in March 2025 but significantly higher than ₹42.07 million in June 2024.
For the full year ending March 31, 2025, the company reported a consolidated income of ₹5,044.79 million with a profit of ₹223.97 million.
On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,136.04 million and other income of ₹10.66 million, bringing total income to ₹1,146.70 million in Q1 FY26. This marked an improvement from ₹837.11 million in June 2024 but lower than ₹1,324.80 million in March 2025.
Standalone profit for the period came in at ₹71.98 million, marginally higher than the consolidated figure, compared to ₹118.02 million in the preceding quarter and ₹31.64 million in the same period last year.
For FY25, standalone income was ₹4,312.97 million, with profits of ₹196.55 million.
On September 2, 2025, Highway Infrastructure share price (NSE: HILINFRA) opened at ₹97.00, up from its previous close of ₹97.00. At 12:57 PM, the share price of Highway Infrastructure was trading at ₹94.90, down by 0.96% on the NSE.
