GE Vernova T&D India share price (NSE: GVT&D) was trading at ₹3,050.00, up 2.15% (₹64.10) as of 10:48 AM on September 19, 2025. The stock opened at ₹2,975.10 and touched an intraday high of ₹3,064.00, with a low of ₹2,975.10. Over the past year, the stock has surged significantly, hitting a 52-week high of ₹3,064.00 and a low of ₹1,254.00.
GVTD management expects India’s power transmission market (excluding HVDC) to reach ₹2.7 trillion by 2030, while HVDC alone offers a ₹1.8 trillion opportunity, with two large projects likely in FY26.
Exports are seen as the biggest growth factor. GVTD has already secured ₹1,000 crore in export orders and expects ₹2,000–3,000 crore more from its parent company. Indian factories are also being prepared for the US market, which could unlock significant upside.
The board has approved ₹2,950 crore in related-party export orders for FY26, strengthening growth visibility.
GVTD has planned ₹250 crore capex, including debottlenecking existing facilities and adding new HVDC and STATCOM lines. This will improve localisation, raise asset turnover to 7–8x (excluding projects), and support profitability.
GE T&D, the listed arm of GE’s Grid Solutions business in India, has been active in the power transmission and distribution sector for over a century. The company offers a wide range of solutions that help connect and transmit power from generation sources to the grid.
