Edelweiss Financial Services (NSE: EDELWEISS) has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share of face value ₹1/- each. This dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Record Date and Eligibility

The Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders is September 11, 2025. Shareholders whose names appear:

  • As Beneficial Owners in the records of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for electronic shares.
  • As Members in the Register of Members of the Company for shares held in physical form, after giving effect to valid transfers or transmissions.

Such shareholders will be entitled to receive the dividend, subject to approval at the AGM.

If declared at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on and from the date of the AGM, after deducting applicable taxes at source. This ensures timely distribution of returns to shareholders.
