Cyient Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, reporting consistent growth in its core business segments. The company’s Digital, Engineering, and Technology (DET) revenue stood at ₹1,438 crore, reflecting a 3.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 4.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase.
The DET EBIT for the quarter was ₹175 crore, indicating a 7.5% YoY decline, with margins at 12.2%. Meanwhile, Profit After Tax (PAT) came in at ₹137 crore, down 16.4% YoY. Despite the profit dip, Cyient maintained healthy cash flow metrics, reporting Free Cash Flow (FCF) of ₹157 crore, translating to 114% FCF-to-PAT conversion.
Cyient’s Semiconductors division posted robust growth, with revenue reaching ₹54.1 crore, up 14.7% QoQ. The segment’s steady expansion underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its presence in high-value technology markets.
The Board announced an interim dividend of ₹16 per share, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding shareholders despite profit pressures.
Commenting on the results, Krishna Bodanapu, Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Cyient, said, “Under the new leadership of DET, we continue to witness sustained growth and strong recovery across our key industry segments. We won several notable deals, including a large deal from an Aerospace customer who selected Cyient as a partner to strengthen their engineering operations.”
He further added, “We expanded our customer base with new additions while deepening relationships with our existing key accounts. We have further invested in our technology portfolio, integrating our engineering and domain expertise with capabilities in data and AI to deliver intelligent engineering solutions at scale to our customers. Our engineering strength, technology leadership, and strategic partnerships continue to earn industry recognition for delivering innovative, value-driven solutions.”

On October 17, 2025, Cyient share price (NSE: CYIENT) opened at ₹1,109.00, down from its previous close of ₹1,180.60. At 9:58 AM, the share price of Cyient was trading at ₹1,169.50, down by 0.94% on the NSE.
