Capillary Technologies’ IPO is a book-built offering worth ₹877.70 crore. It includes a fresh issue of 0.60 crore shares totaling ₹345.20 crore, along with an offer for sale comprising 0.92 crore shares valued at ₹532.50 crore.
Capillary Technologies’ IPO saw an overall subscription of 52.98 times. By November 18, 2025, 6:19:33 PM (Day 3), the retail portion was subscribed 15.85 times, the QIB (excluding anchor investors) segment received 57.30 times subscription, and the NII category was subscribed 69.85 times.
The share allotment was finalised on Nov 19, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Friday, Nov 21, 2025.
On the listing day, on the NSE, Capillary Technologies share price (NSE: CAPILLARY) opened at ₹571.90, down from its issue price of ₹577.00. At 10:50 AM, the share price was trading at ₹628.45, up by 9.89% from its open price and up by 9.04% from its issue price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹633.90. The company’s market cap was ₹4,993.87 crore.
On the BSE, at 10:51 AM, Capillary Technologies share price was trading at ₹628.00, up by 12.14% from its opening price of ₹560.00 and 8.84% up from its issue price of ₹577.

Operating primarily on a subscription-based model, the company generates revenue through software licenses, implementation services, and ongoing support.
