It was a book-building issue of ₹126.00 crores. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 1.00 crore shares of ₹126.00 crore. The Amanta Healthcare IPO price band was set at ₹126 per share.
Amanta Healthcare’s IPO witnessed demand, being subscribed 82.60 times overall by September 3, 2025 (Day 3). The issue saw 54.96 times subscription in the retail category, 35.86 times in the QIB (Ex-Anchor) segment, and an impressive 209.40 times in the NII category.
The share allotment was finalised on Sep 4, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Tuesday, Sep 9, 2025.

On the listing day, on the NSE, Amanta Healthcare share price (NSE: AMANTA) opened at ₹135.00, up from its issue price of ₹126.00. At 10:17 AM, the share price was trading at ₹133.40, up by 5.53% from its issue price and down by 1.19% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹139.00. The company’s market cap was ₹516.31 crore.
On the BSE, at 10:18 AM, Amanta Healthcare share price was trading at ₹132.50, down by 1.12% from its opening price of ₹134.00 and 5.16% up from its issue price of ₹126.
