Adani Enterprises Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of debt securities.
The fundraising plan may involve various options, including private placement, public issue, qualified institutional placement (QIP), or preferential allotment, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
While the company has not specified the target amount or the nature of debt instruments to be issued, the decision will align with the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The move is seen as part of Adani Enterprises’ broader strategy to strengthen its capital structure and support ongoing infrastructure and growth projects.
In line with insider trading regulations, Adani Enterprises confirmed that its trading window remains closed for designated persons and insiders. The closure will continue until 48 hours after the public announcement of its unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26.
For the first quarter of FY26, Adani Enterprises reported a net profit of ₹734 crore and a total income of ₹21,961 crore. Profit before exceptional items rose 11.7% sequentially to ₹1,466 crore from ₹1,313 crore in the preceding quarter.
The company’s EBITDA from incubating businesses grew by 5% year-on-year to ₹2,800 crore, contributing 74% to overall results, according to its latest financial release. This underscores the growing role of Adani’s new ventures in driving profitability and long-term value creation.

As of October 6, 2025, at 1:39 PM, Adani Enterprises share price is trading at ₹2,578.80 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.43% from the previous closing price.
