JSW Steel Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹2.80 per fully paid-up equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The company's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.80 per fully paid-up equity share of face value ₹1 each (280%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The company stated that the dividend, if approved by shareholders at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, will be credited or dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source.
The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend is fixed as July 8, 2025.
The company reported revenue from operations of ₹44,819 crore in Q4 and ₹1,68,824 crore for the full financial year FY25. Operating EBITDA stood at ₹6,378 crore for the quarter and ₹22,904 crore for FY25. Net profit came in at ₹1,501 crore in Q4 and ₹3,491 crore for the entire fiscal year.
On July 4, 2025, JSW Steel share price opened at ₹1,051.70 and closed at ₹1,040.00, down by 0.58%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹1,032.10.

JSW Steel is mainly involved in the manufacturing and sale of iron and steel products. It serves as the flagship company of the diversified JSW Group, which has a business footprint spanning energy, infrastructure, cement, paints, sports, and venture capital, with an overall valuation of US$ 23 billion.
The company's last dividend declaration was a final dividend of ₹7.30 per share, with a record date of July 9, 2024. With the newly approved interim dividend, shareholders can anticipate continued returns.
