On June 30, 2025, JK Cement Ltd announced a final dividend of ₹15 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. This represents a 150% payout based on the face value of ₹10 per share.
The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been set as July 8, 2025, while the book closure period will span from July 9 to July 18, 2025 (both days inclusive). The final dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled to take place during the book closure period.
JK Cement said in the exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on 24.5.2025 inter alia decided and intimated in the outcome sent to BSE Ltd and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday the 9 July, 2025 to Friday 18" July, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of holding 31 Annual General Meeting and declaration of Final Dividend of FY 2024-25.”
