ITI share price has been gaining attention on Wednesday after it reported its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
The company posted a notable rise in revenue from operations, recording ₹1,04,570 lakh in Q4 FY25 compared to ₹60,128 lakh in Q4 FY24, marking a YoY growth. On a full-year basis, the revenue stood at ₹3,61,642 lakh, nearly three times higher than ₹1,26,363 lakh reported in FY24.
Other income for Q4 FY25 came in at ₹3,533 lakh, up from ₹927 lakh in Q4 FY24. For the full fiscal year, other income nearly doubled to ₹8,520 lakh from ₹4,459 lakh in FY24. Consequently, total income for Q4 FY25 reached ₹1,08,103 lakh, higher than ₹61,055 lakh in Q4 FY24. The total income for the entire fiscal year stood at ₹3,70,162 lakh, an improvement from ₹1,30,812 lakh in the previous year.
Despite revenue growth, losses continued, though at a reduced level. The net loss for Q4 FY25 narrowed to ₹438 lakh compared to a loss of ₹23,882 lakh in Q4 FY24. For the full year, the company reported a loss of ₹21,489 lakh, improving from ₹56,892 lakh in FY24.
On May 28, 2025, ITI share price opened at ₹312.50, up from its previous close of ₹309.25. At 10:02 AM, the share price of ITI was trading at ₹331.25, up by 7.11% on the NSE.

ITI Limited specialises in the manufacturing, trading, and servicing of telecommunication equipment, along with providing related and ancillary services. The company primarily focuses on delivering telephone communication solutions.
While ITI Limited’s revenue performance signals recovery and better execution, sustained profitability remains a challenge. The narrowing of losses is a positive sign, and going forward, improving margins and operational efficiencies will be critical for a turnaround.
