Groww’s parent company, Billionbrains Garage Ventures Ltd., is launching a ₹6,632.30 crore issue, comprising a fresh issue of ₹1,060 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹5,572.30 crore. The price band is set at ₹95 to ₹100 per share, and the subscription window is from November 4 to November 7, 2025.
Pine Labs is coming up with a ₹3,899.91 crore issue, including a fresh issue of ₹2,080 crore. The IPO will open on November 7 and close on November 11, 2025, with a price band of ₹210 to ₹221 per share.
This ₹85 crore fresh issue opens on November 4 and closes on November 7, 2025. The price band is ₹120 to ₹125 per share, and the company will list on NSE SME.
Opening on November 6 and closing on November 10, this ₹71.68 crore issue has a price band of ₹140 to ₹142 per share.
This ₹17.10 crore fixed-price issue opens on November 7 and closes on November 11, 2025. The fixed price is ₹114 per share.
Opening on November 7 and closing on November 11, 2025, Curis Lifesciences’ ₹27.52 crore IPO has a price band of ₹120 to ₹128 per share.
