India’s primary market is poised for an action-packed week as several initial public offerings (IPOs) line up across the mainboard and SME segments. The period from January 12 to January 16 is expected to be particularly busy, with fresh IPO subscriptions opening, 5 SME issues concluding, and a handful of companies making their stock market debut.

During the week (Jan 12- Jan 16), one mainboard IPO will open for bidding, while investors will closely track the listing of Bharat Coking Coal along with four other companies. The SME space, meanwhile, will remain vibrant with several new offerings spanning diverse sectors.

Mainboard IPOs: Amagi Media Labs IPO

The primary market will witness the much-anticipated listing of Bharat Coking Coal, while Amagi Media Labs will open its IPO for subscription during the same week.

The Amagi Media Labs IPO, a book-built issue valued at ₹1,788.62 crore, comprises a fresh issue of 2.26 crore shares aggregating to ₹816 crore, along with an offer for sale of 2.69 crore shares worth ₹972 crore. The IPO will open on Tuesday, January 13, and close on January 16, with the allotment expected to be finalised on January 19.

The company has set a price band of ₹343 to ₹361 per share. With a lot size of 41 shares, the minimum investment required for retail investors stands at ₹14,801.

SME IPOs: 5 issues Across Sectors

The SME segment is set for a busy schedule, with 5 IPOs opening for subscription during the week. These offerings include both fixed-price and book-built issues across varied industries.

Narmadesh Brass Industries IPO

Narmadesh Brass Industries will launch its SME IPO on January 12, with the issue closing on January 15, 2026. The fixed-price issue is sized at ₹44.87 crore and includes a fresh issue worth ₹36.09 crore and an offer for sale of ₹8.78 crore.

Avana Electrosystems IPO

Avana Electrosystems’ book-built SME IPO will open on January 12 and conclude on January 14. The total issue size stands at ₹35.22 crore.

GRE Renew Enertech IPO

GRE Renew Enertech will tap the primary market with a book-built SME IPO of ₹39.56 crore, entirely comprising a fresh issue. The offer will open on January 13 and close on January 16, with a price band fixed at ₹100–105 per share.

INDO SMC IPO

INDO SMC’s book-built SME IPO, sized at ₹91.95 crore, will also open on January 13. The issue consists solely of a fresh issue, with a price band of ₹141–149 per share.

Armour Security IPO

Armour Security will open its SME IPO on January 14, with the issue closing on January 19. The book-built issue is valued at ₹26.51 crore and is entirely a fresh issue.

Listings to Watch This Week

Alongside new subscriptions, several IPOs are scheduled to make their market debut during the week.

Gabion Technologies is set to list on the BSE SME platform on January 13. On January 14, Yajur Fibres will debut on BSE SME, while Victory Electric Vehicles is expected to list on the NSE SME platform.

The spotlight will be on January 16, when Bharat Coking Coal is scheduled to make its stock market debut, along with Defrail Technologies, which will list on the BSE SME platform.
