The final trading week of 2025 will see no mainboard initial public offerings (IPOs) hitting the Indian primary market. However, activity continues in the SME segment, where one issue that opened last week remains available for subscription, while another SME IPO is set to open on December 31. Here are the upcoming IPOs

E to E Transportation Infrastructure IPO

E to E Transportation Infrastructure IPO is a book-built SME issue with a total size of ₹84.22 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 0.48 crore equity shares, meaning all proceeds will go directly to the company to support its growth and business plans.

The IPO opened for subscription on December 26, 2025, and will close on December 30, 2025. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on December 31, 2025. Shares of E to E Transportation Infrastructure are proposed to be listed on the NSE SME platform, with a tentative listing date of January 2, 2026.

The price band for the issue has been fixed at ₹164 to ₹174 per share.

Modern Diagnostic IPO

Modern Diagnostic IPO is another book-built SME issue scheduled to open this week. The IPO size stands at ₹36.89 crore and, like the previous issue, is entirely a fresh issue of 0.41 crore shares.

The IPO will open for subscription on December 31, 2025, and close on January 2, 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalised on January 5, 2026, while listing on the BSE SME platform is tentatively scheduled for January 7, 2026.

The price band for the Modern Diagnostic IPO has been set at ₹85 to ₹90 per share. The lot size is 1,600 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum retail investment works out to ₹2,88,000 for 3,200 shares. For HNI investors, the minimum application size is three lots, or 4,800 shares, amounting to ₹4,32,000.

Conclusion

While the absence of mainboard IPOs keeps the broader primary market quiet, SME IPOs like E to E Transportation Infrastructure and Modern Diagnostic ensure steady activity. Investors interested in these offerings should evaluate business fundamentals, pricing, and risks carefully and ensure they have an active demat account to participate seamlessly.
