Upcoming IPO: Yatayat Corporation India Files Draft Papers with SEBI to Raise Funds

Gujarat-based Yatayat Corporation India has filed IPO papers to raise funds for working capital, backed by strong profit and revenue growth.

Yatayat Corporation India, a Gujarat-headquartered logistics and supply chain solutions provider, has moved closer to the public markets by filing draft papers for an initial public offering.  

The company plans to utilise the proceeds primarily to support its expanding working capital requirements. 

IPO Structure and Shareholding 

The proposed IPO will consist of a total 1.33 crore equity shares, combining a fresh issue of 77 lakh shares and an offer-for-sale of 56 lakh shares by promoter Meena Praveen Aggarwal.  

The fresh issue includes a pre-IPO placement of ₹10 crore. Ahead of the offering, promoters hold a 95.49% stake in the company, while the remaining 4.5% is owned by investor Hiranand Savlani HUF. 

From the fresh issue proceeds, ₹67.02 crore has been earmarked for working capital needs and general corporate purposes. The issue is being managed by Unistone Capital. 

Operations and Financial Performance 

Yatayat Corporation operates a pan-India logistics network supported by 34 branches and one warehouse, competing with established listed players such as VRL LogisticsTCI ExpressRitco Logistics and North Eastern Carrying Corporation. 

The company reported a profit of ₹7.83 crore on revenue of ₹119.7 crore for the quarter ended June 2025. For the financial year ended March 2025, profit more than doubled to ₹30 crore from ₹14.9 crore a year earlier, while revenue rose 28.6% to ₹448.1 crore.
