Telge Projects, an engineering design services provider specialising in building information modelling (BIM), structural engineering, and drafting solutions, made its market debut on the BSE SME platform on October 3, 2025. The IPO, open between September 25 and 29, received a moderate subscription of 2.99 times.

IPO Details and Subscription

The company launched its IPO at ₹105 per share with a minimum lot size of 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2,52,000. Subscriptions stood at 1.72 times from retail investors, 2.75 times from non-institutional investors, and 5.41 times from qualified institutional buyers.

Listing Day Performance

Shares of Telge Projects opened at ₹108.10, a 2.95% premium over the issue price, and touched an intraday high of ₹108.60. Telge Projects’ market capitalisation stood at ₹106.32 crore.

Growth Drivers and Challenges

Telge Projects has executed projects across 11 countries, supported by its US subsidiary, Telge Projects Inc. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio, including BIM, structural design, 2D drafting, material take-offs, and architectural services, serving EPC firms globally.

In FY25, the company delivered revenue growth of 105% to ₹25.65 crore and PAT growth of 103% to ₹5.38 crore. Its margins remained robust, with a PAT margin of 21.45% and EBITDA margin of 32.97%. ROE stood at 67.29% and ROCE at 56.22%, reflecting operational efficiency.

Utilisation Of IPO Proceeds

Proceeds from the IPO will be used for office expansion in Pune at ₹8.73 crore, technology purchases and software subscriptions at ₹2.44 crore, and manpower hiring in India at ₹4.18 crore. Additionally, ₹4.86 crore will go toward strengthening its US subsidiary, while the rest is earmarked for general corporate purposes.
