Uttar Pradesh-based sewerage and wastewater treatment solutions provider Technocraft Ventures filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI on August 8, 2025, signalling its intent to tap the capital markets with an initial public offering.
As per the DRHP, the IPO comprises a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh shares and an offer-for-sale of 23.76 lakh shares by promoter Kartikey Constructions. From the fresh issue proceeds, ₹138 crore will be utilised for working capital requirements, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes.
The IPO is set to be listed on both BSE and NSE, with Khambatta Securities appointed as the sole book-running lead manager and Bigshare Services as the registrar.
The company faces competition from well-known players in the industry, including Denta Water, VA Tech Wabag, EMS Ltd, and Enviro Infra Engineers.
As of June 30, 2025, its order book stood at ₹685.83 crore, including 4 joint-ventured ongoing projects valued at ₹383.86 crore. In fiscal 2025, the company reported revenue of ₹279.56 crore and a net profit of ₹28.20 crore, reflecting a strong financial track record.
Incorporated in 1998, Technocraft Ventures undertakes turnkey EPC contracts in wastewater treatment, water supply schemes, operation and maintenance of public utilities, and transmission and distribution networks.
As per the reports, the company has completed projects for major government programs at the central and state levels, including the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation, the Namami Gange Programme, and the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. It also has experience implementing infrastructure projects funded by international organisations like the Asian Development Bank.
