The company has appointed Smart Horizon Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd as the sole book-running lead manager and Bigshare Services as the IPO registrar. With all regulatory steps underway, the company is gearing up for a successful market debut in the SME segment.

Established in 2021, Pajson Agro India is involved in processing raw cashew nuts into kernels for both domestic and global consumption. The company offers multiple cashew grades and also markets select dry fruits under its brand "Royal Mewa."
Its distribution strategy comprises e-commerce platforms as well as physical retail networks. Pajson supplies its products to well-known clients including Reliance Retail, Haldiram, More Retail, Farmley, Nutraj and Bikanervala.
