The Nanta Tech IPO saw healthy investor interest during the 3-day bidding period. Overall, the issue was subscribed 6.43 times.
Investors placed bids for 64.30 lakh shares against 9.99 lakh shares on offer.
The SME IPO opened on December 23 and closed on December 26, 2025, with allotment finalised on December 29. The issue size was ₹31.81 crore, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 14 lakh shares. There was no offer-for-sale component.
The price band for the IPO was ₹209–₹220 per share.
