
Digilogic Systems Limited, an automated test equipment systems and application software provider catering to the defence and aerospace sector, has announced the launch timeline for its Initial Public Offering. The company is set to tap the primary market later this month as it prepares for listing on the BSE SME platform.
The public issue will open for subscription on January 20 and close on January 22, with the anchor book scheduled to open a day earlier on January 19.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹69.67 crore, along with an offer for sale of up to 11.50 lakh equity shares, amounting to ₹11.33 crore.
Through the IPO, Digilogic Systems aims to raise a total of up to ₹81 crore.
The price band for the issue has been fixed in the range of ₹98 to ₹104 per equity share. Investors can bid in lots of 1,200 equity shares, making it a typical SME market offering targeted at informed and institutional investors.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform. Indorient Financial Services Limited has been appointed as the Book Running Lead Manager for the issue, while KFIN Technologies Limited will act as the registrar.
