Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd. has announced its IPO, which is a book-built issue valued at ₹1,326.13 crore. The entire issue comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.99 crore equity shares, amounting to ₹1,326.13 crore.
The price band for the IPO has been fixed between ₹253 and ₹266 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum lot size of 56 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,896 at the upper end of the price band for retail applicants.
The Canara Robeco IPO was subscribed 9.74 times in total by the close of bidding on October 13, 2025, at 5:04:44 PM (Day 3). The issue saw strong demand across investor categories, the retail portion was subscribed 1.91 times, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs, excluding anchor investors) subscribed 25.92 times, and the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category was subscribed 6.45 times.
