Aspri Spirits has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on December 11, 2025. The company intends to raise funds through an Initial Public Offer (IPO) structured as a book-built issue.
The proposed offering includes a combination of fresh equity issuance and an offer for sale by existing shareholders. This move marks a significant step for Aspri Spirits as it seeks to strengthen its market position and fund future growth initiatives.
The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of shares worth ₹140 crore and an offer for sale of up to 0.50 crore equity shares. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Ltd. has been appointed as the book-running lead manager for the issue, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. will act as the registrar. Details such as the price band, lot size, and subscription dates will be announced closer to the launch.
Established in 2004, Aspri Spirits operates as an integrated marketing, development, and distribution partner for global alco-beverage brands in India and South Asia. The company follows an asset-light model focused on importing, marketing, and distributing international alcoholic beverages.
Its operations are supported by strategic brand development initiatives aimed at enhancing visibility and consumer engagement. This approach enables Aspri to maintain flexibility while managing a diverse product portfolio.
As of September 30, 2025, Aspri Spirits managed a portfolio of 323 brands sourced from 89 suppliers across 36 countries. The product range spans whisky, vodka, gin, tequila, rum, brandy, cognac, liqueurs, wine, and beer, with 835 SKUs making it one of India’s largest alco-beverage portfolios.
The company is also the largest importer of BIO wines by volume in Fiscal 2025. Its distribution network covers 28 states and union territories, reaching over 17,000 outlets and serving more than 1,800 customers across institutional, retail, hospitality, and travel retail segments.
