The company has declared a final dividend of ₹22 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
May 30, 2025, has been set as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to attend the AGM and receive the dividend. Subject to shareholders’ approval, the final dividend will be paid out on June 30, 2025.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, the company posted revenues of ₹40,925 crore, registering a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 7.9%. However, in constant currency (CC) terms, revenue rose by 4.8% YoY but saw a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) decline of 3.5%, reflecting some moderation in sequential performance despite yearly gains.
For the full fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported total revenues of ₹162,990 crore, up 6.1% YoY. In CC terms, revenue growth was 4.2% YoY.
On May 29, 2025, Infosys share price (NSE: INFY) opened at ₹1,589.00 and closed at ₹1,586.50, up by 0.94%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹1,608.90.
