HLE Glascoat Limited has reported their financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, driven by solid execution, enhanced operating leverage, and strategic progress.
The company, a key supplier of glass-lined and process equipment to India’s chemical and pharmaceutical industries, achieved a 51.1% year-on-year increase in profit after tax (PAT), even as revenue growth remained moderate. The announcement was made alongside the release of the company’s audited results.
HLE Glascoat recorded consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,02,758.7 lakhs in FY25, marking a 6.2% rise compared to the previous year. Profit after tax for the year stood at ₹6,176.7 lakhs, a significant jump of 51.1%, while EBITDA rose 16.6% to ₹14,093.4 lakhs, with a margin of 13.7%.
In the 4th quarter alone, PAT more than doubled year-on-year to ₹3,164.4 lakh, demonstrating improved profitability and operating performance. The company’s profit before tax and exceptional items also grew by 17.3% for the full year, underlining solid financial health.
The company ended the year with a robust order book of ₹57,506.2 lakhs, which management says offers strong revenue visibility for FY26. The business continues to receive steady order enquiries across its key segments.
In a key development, HLE Glascoat inaugurated a Centre of Excellence in Anand, Gujarat, to strengthen customer engagement and accelerate innovation. Its subsidiary, Kinam Engineering Industries, began supplying its first major order in the oil and gas sector, marking its foray into a new vertical.
While the Glass Lined Equipment segment registered 17.2% growth in annual revenue and 84.5% rise in EBIT, the Filtration and Drying segment saw a 16% decline in revenue and a 28.6% drop in EBIT. The Heat Transfer Equipment segment, however, posted strong growth, with annual revenue rising 37.7% and EBIT up 9.2%. These figures reflect ongoing realignment and demand variations across end markets.
The company also made strides in reducing its debt profile, trimming both short- and long-term obligations by ₹4,976.5 lakh. The board has proposed a 55% dividend for the year, or ₹1.10 per equity share, reflecting confidence in its financial position.
The Hon’ble NCLT Ahmedabad Bench has scheduled a final hearing in July 2025 for the proposed amalgamation of Kinam Enterprise Private Limited with HLE Glascoat. The move is expected to further consolidate the company’s capabilities and market position.
