Borosil Q4 FY25 Earnings Results: Net Profit Doubles; Share Price Surge 7%

Borosil share price jumped over 7% on Tuesday after the company reported a strong performance in Q4 FY25. The stock reached an intraday high of ₹383.4, marking its biggest single-day gain since March 11, 2025. By 9:36 AM, it was trading at ₹378.6, up 5.7%, while the Nifty 50 index was almost flat with a 0.02% gain.

Stock Gains Momentum

This rally in Borosil shares continues a positive trend. The stock has now gained about 25% in just eight trading sessions, recovering sharply from its recent low of ₹305 earlier this month. Despite the recent gains, the stock is still down 7% for the year, compared to a 5.5% decline in the Nifty 50. Borosil’s market capitalization currently stands at ₹4,582.22 crore.

Q4FY25 Financial Performance

Borosil posted a 119.29% jump in net profit for the quarter ended March 2025, reaching ₹11.14 crore, compared to ₹5.08 crore in the same quarter last year.

  • Revenue increased by 18.04%, climbing to ₹270.18 crore from ₹228.88 crore.
  • EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) rose 56.5% to ₹37.1 crore, up from ₹23.7 crore.
  • EBITDA margin also increased to 13.7%, compared to 10.2% in the previous year.

Full-Year Financial Highlights (FY25)

For the full financial year:

  • Net profit rose 12.69% to ₹74.23 crore, compared to ₹65.87 crore in FY24.
  • Revenue grew 16.79% to ₹1,107.77 crore, up from ₹948.53 crore the previous year.
