HCLTech has expanded its partnership with Salesforce to offer implementation and consultation services around Salesforce’s Agentforce platform, as per filings. This is aimed at helping enterprises in sectors like finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing adopt agentic AI systems for their core operations.
The company’s new orchestration services focus on setting up enterprise-grade agentic workflows. These workflows help automate and coordinate tasks across departments such as marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.
To enable smoother implementation, HCLTech is using Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP). These protocols help organisations manage task coordination, execution, and visibility across systems, especially in regulated environments.
The Salesforce collaboration is one of several recent tech-focused partnerships for HCLTech. Earlier this week, the company signed a deal with AMD to work on AI, digital, and cloud-based solutions. Joint development centres will be set up to run proof-of-concept projects and test tools before rollout.
Earlier this month, HCLTech entered a long-term agreement with German energy firm E.ON. Under this deal, it will develop a private cloud and manage E.ON’s cloud and network infrastructure across global hyperscalers using its own AI and automation tools.
The company also secured an engineering services contract with Volvo Group. HCLTech will support Volvo Cars through its Automotive Centre of Excellence in Gothenburg, Sweden, and from its global delivery centres.
