Godfrey Phillips India Limited announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, Godfrey Phillips India reported consolidated total income of ₹1,96,544 lakh, a significant increase compared to ₹1,17,148 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s consolidated profit for the period stood at ₹27,961 lakh, up from ₹21,512 lakh in Q4 FY24.
On a standalone basis, the company recorded total income of ₹2,00,026 lakh in Q4 FY25, up substantially from ₹1,18,079 lakh in the same quarter last year. Profit for the quarter on a standalone basis was ₹24,073 lakh, showing improvement over ₹17,842 lakh reported in Q4 FY24.
For the full financial year FY25, Godfrey Phillips India’s consolidated total income rose sharply to ₹6,98,811 lakh from ₹5,11,332 lakh in FY24. The company’s consolidated profit after tax surged to ₹1,07,231 lakh, a significant increase over ₹88,397 lakh in the previous year.
On a standalone basis, total income for FY25 was ₹7,17,243 lakh, up from ₹5,25,913 lakh in FY24, while profit for the year stood at ₹1,04,320 lakh compared to ₹88,084 lakh in FY24.
Godfrey Phillips India Limited has proposed a final dividend of 3,000%, which amounts to ₹60 per equity share of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Upon approval, the company will distribute the dividend within 30 days from the date of the AGM, with the exact payment date to be communicated in due course.
On May 16, 2025, Godfrey Phillips share price (NSE: GODFRYPHLP) opened at ₹9,221.00, down from its previous close of ₹9,177.00. At 10:54 AM, the share price of Godfrey Phillips was trading at ₹8,718.50, down by 5.00% on the NSE. Notably, the stock price hit its 52-week high on May 15, 2025, at ₹9,248.00.
