Divi’s Laboratories Ltd announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Post the announcement, on May 19, 2025, Divis Lab share price opened at ₹6,400.00, up from its previous close of ₹6,279.50. At 10:16 AM, the share price of Divis Lab was trading at ₹6,621.00, up by 5.44% on the NSE. Notably, the stock price hit its 52-week high today at ₹6,657.00.

Q4 FY25 Performance

For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, Divi’s Laboratories reported a consolidated total income of ₹2,671 crore, reflecting a healthy increase from ₹2,382 crore recorded during the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹864 crore, compared to ₹713 crore in Q4 FY24. Profit after tax (PAT) rose to ₹662 crore, up from ₹538 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

A notable contributor to the quarterly performance was a forex gain of ₹10 crore, compared to a forex loss of ₹2 crore in Q4 FY24, which further supported the bottom line.

FY25 Full-Year Results

For the full financial year 2024–25, Divi’s Laboratories posted a consolidated total income of ₹9,712 crore, a 19% year-on-year increase from ₹8,184 crore in FY24. PBT grew to ₹2,916 crore from ₹2,163 crore in the previous year, while PAT stood at ₹2,191 crore, marking a 37% YoY growth from ₹1,600 crore in FY24. The company also reported a forex gain of ₹48 crore for the year, up from ₹30 crore in the previous financial year.

Capex Milestone Achieved

The company’s Unit-III greenfield facility at Ontimamidi Village, near Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, commenced commercial operations during the quarter. Divi’s capitalised assets worth ₹1,118 crore in FY25, of which ₹755 crore was allocated to the Unit-III project. This expansion is expected to enhance manufacturing capabilities and support future growth.

Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share of ₹2 each (1,500%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
