Divi’s Laboratories has proposed a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share for the financial year 2024–2025. This translates to a 1,500% dividend based on the face value of ₹2 per share.
However, this dividend is subject to approval from the shareholders at the company’s upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Texmaco Rail & Engineering has announced a final dividend of ₹0.75 per equity share. This amounts to a 75% dividend based on the face value of ₹1 per share.
The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders after it is approved at the company’s Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors at Galaxy Surfactants has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share for the financial year 2024–2025. The face value of each share is ₹10.
This dividend declaration was made along with the approval of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025.
Data Patterns has proposed a final dividend of ₹7.90 per equity share for the fiscal year 2024–2025. Each share has a face value of ₹2.
This dividend will be paid only if it gets approved at the company’s next Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors at Dhanuka Agritech has recommended a final dividend at the rate of 100%, which amounts to ₹2 per equity share. The face value of each share is ₹2.
The dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting.
