The share allotment was finalised on Friday, May 23, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
On the listing day, on the NSE, Borana Weaves share price (NSE: BORANA) opened at ₹243.00, up from its issue price of ₹216.00. At 10:03 AM, the share price was trading at ₹253.00, up by 17.13% from its issue price and 4.12% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹254.65. The company’s market cap was ₹674.13 crore.
On the BSE, at 10:05 AM, Borana Weaves share price was trading at ₹255.10, up by 4.98% from its opening price of ₹243.00 and 18.10% up from its issue price of ₹216.00.
Borana Weaves is based in Surat and specialises in manufacturing unbleached synthetic grey fabric. This fabric serves as a foundational material for further processing such as dyeing and printing across various industries, including fashion, traditional textiles, technical textiles, home décor, and interior design. In addition to grey fabric, the Company produces polyester textured yarn (PTY Yarn), which is manufactured by heating polyester oriented yarn (POY Yarn), the raw material also used in the production of grey fabric.
