Bharti Airtel Ltd has set July 18, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. On May 13, 2025, Bharti Airtel Ltd board declared a final dividend of ₹16 per share.
Bharti Airtel Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs.16/- per fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs. 5/- each; and Rs. 4/- per partly paid-up equity share of face value Rs. 5/- each (paid-up value Rs.1.25/- per share) for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend is in proportion to the amount paid-up on each equity share of face value Rs. 5/- each. The above final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), shall be credited within 30 days from the date of AGM.”
As Bharti Airtel Ltd has set July 18 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that July 17 marks the last day to buy Bharti Airtel shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after July 18 (record date) won't be eligible for the final dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.

Bharti Airtel reported consolidated revenues of ₹47,876 crore for Q4 FY25, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 27.3% and a sequential increase of 6.1%. This performance was underpinned by robust momentum in the Indian market and a recovery in reported currency revenues from Africa. Consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹27,404 crore, with a healthy EBITDA margin of 57.2%.
India operations contributed ₹36,735 crore in revenues for the quarter, marking a 28.8% increase YoY and a 6.0% rise QoQ. Mobile segment revenues surged 20.6% YoY, driven by continued tariff optimisation and a strategic focus on premiumization and high-quality customer acquisitions. The company sustained its industry-leading Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) growth trajectory, with ARPU reaching ₹245 in Q4 FY25, up from ₹209 in Q4 FY24.
Bharti Airtel further solidified its leadership in the postpaid segment, with net additions of 0.6 million during the quarter, taking the total postpaid customer base to 25.9 million. The company also expanded its presence in the smartphone segment, registering a net addition of 24 million users, a 9.5% increase YoY.
