On Day 3 of subscription, May 23, as of 6:19 PM, Belrise Industries IPO was subscribed 43.14 times. QIBs subscribed 112.63x, NIIs subscribed 40.58x, and retail investors subscribed 4.52x.
The share allotment was finalised on Monday, May 26, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
On the listing day, on the NSE, Belrise Industries share price (NSE: BELRISE) opened at ₹100.00, up from its issue price of ₹90.00. At 10:23 AM, the share price was trading at ₹91.63, up by 1.81% from its issue price and down by 8.37% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹102.40. The company’s market cap was ₹8,153.96 crore.
On the BSE, at 10:25 AM, Belrise Industries share price was trading at ₹92.32, down by 6.27% from its opening price of ₹98.50 and 2.58% up from its issue price of ₹90.
Belrise Industries is an India-based manufacturer of automotive components, offering a wide range of safety-critical systems and engineering solutions for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and agricultural vehicles. Its diverse product portfolio includes metal chassis systems, polymer components, suspension systems, body-in-white components, and exhaust systems, among others. The company’s products are largely powertrain-agnostic, enabling it to serve both electric vehicles (EVs) and internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.

Belrise Industries made a modest debut, trading slightly above its issue price on both NSE and BSE. However, early fluctuations reflected cautious investor sentiment.
