Bharat Dynamics Ltd (BDL), a leading defence public sector undertaking, announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
For Q4 FY25, the company reported a total income of ₹1,87,654.50 lakh, marking a significant rise from ₹91,655.77 lakh in Q3 FY25 and ₹94,260.85 lakh in Q4 FY24.
On a full-year basis, total income surged to ₹3,69,545.33 lakh in FY25, up from ₹2,73,110.44 lakh in FY24, indicating growth momentum in the company's operations.
The company’s standalone profit for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹27,277.19 lakh, compared to ₹14,712.54 lakh in the previous quarter. However, it declined slightly from ₹28,877.64 lakh in Q4 FY24.
For the full year FY25, BDL recorded a net profit of ₹54,964.52 lakh, a marginal decline compared to ₹61,272.06 lakh in FY24.
The Board of Directors of Bharat Dynamics has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.65 per equity share (face value of ₹5 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
On May 27, 2025, BDL share price opened at ₹1,909.40 and closed at ₹1,959.90, up by 2.64%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹1,991.50. Notably, the stock price touched its 52-week high on May 27 at ₹1,991.50.
